Here’s a rough idea of the schedule for the weekend - remember, it’s still flexible!
Far Travellin’ Guests and Wedding Party
Friday 18th June
1300 - Guests start arriving to pitch tents if camping and help with preparations
1900 - Big pizza dinner in the katas - bring a fiver to chuck in the pot
2200 - Early night!
Ceremony Guests
Saturday 19th June
1000 - Rehearsal for wedding party
1230 - Guests arrive and park in the lower field
1300 - Ceremony begins
1400 - Cupcakes, Cava & canapes
1530 - Main meal - Mexican and Peruvian cuisine
Partay Guests
1800 - Camping guests arrive to pitch tents
1830 - Fiesta time! Mariachi music ahoy - fancy dress optional but recommended…
1930 - Speeches and toasts (with tequila, naturally)
2000 - Disco and buffet
Sunday 20th June
0330 - Pass out
1030 - Camper’s breakfast - can be purchased from caterer or bring your own
1100 - WedCamp begins - run a session!
1430 - BBQ is lit - bring your own meat and booze (bread products and sides to be provided)
1530 - WedCamp continues well into the evening
Monday 21st June
0346 - Watch the sunrise on Midsummer’s Day
1100 - Pack up your tents and head home after an amazing weekend
